WHAT IS A PROSTHODONTIST?

Prosthodontists are dental specialists in the restoration and replacement of teeth. They make smiles look beautiful and function the way they should. Prosthodontists receive an extra three years of specialized training in addition to their DDS degree. They can understand even the most complex treatment plans and cases, for example if you have many missing and broken teeth. Dr. Ann Liou is a prosthodontist.

HOW DO I PAY MY BILL ONLINE?

WILL YOU ACCEPT MY INSURANCE?

Our office is pleased to accept all PPO insurance plans, with exception for Apple Health and other state run health programs. Please note that while we accept all PPO plans, We are only in network with Delta Dental. This means we can bill any insurance, however we will be unable to guarantee payment without a predetermination. As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility. We are not a contracted medicare provider.
